An API call is counted each time you make a request to our platform, such as checking a wallet for risk factors, analyzing a transaction, or generating a compliance report.
No, there are absolutely no hidden costs. Our pricing is completely transparent with no implementation fees, integration charges, setup costs, or surprise billing. You only pay for your selected plan and any additional API calls you use beyond your monthly limit.
If you exceed your monthly API call limit, additional calls will be billed at your plan's per-transaction rate. For the Starter plan (300 API calls for $350), each additional call costs $1.10 monthly or $1.00 annually. For the Growth plan (1,000 API calls for $1,000), each additional call costs $1.00 monthly or $0.83 annually. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so you can decide whether to upgrade your plan or continue with overage billing.
We only charge per seat for the forensic solution since one forensic solution can include many micro transactions and screenings. The Growth plan includes 2 forensic solution seats. Every additional seat costs $416 per month. Other platform features don't require additional seat purchases.
